Marketing Assistant (Creative)

As a Marketing Assistant (Creative), you will be the visual storyteller for our restaurant brand. This is a hybrid role designed for a creative "all-rounder" who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment. Your primary mission is to capture the "soul" of our food and service through high-quality photography, trendy short-form videos and polished graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Visual Production: Direct, shoot, and edit high-quality Social Media Reels featuring "behind-the-scenes" kitchen action, food styling and customer experiences.
• Graphic Design: Design digital and print assets, including monthly promotional posters, seasonal menus, EDM banners and social media tiles.
• Photography: Conduct regular food photography sessions for new menu launches and daily "lifestyle" shots for Instagram Stories.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with the restaurant’s brand identity, tone of voice and aesthetic.

• Channel Management: Handle daily posting, caption writing, and community engagement (replying to DMs/comments) across social media platforms.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns (e.g., Valentine’s Day, CNY, or Anniversary specials).
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on Singapore’s F&B trends and viral sounds to ensure our content remains relevant.
• On-Site Coordination: Assist with logistics for media tastings, influencer visits, or in-store events.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and AI tools.
• Strong mobile videography and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• A portfolio or "social media showreel" demonstrating your ability to create engaging visual content (school projects or freelance work are welcome).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) for caption writing.
