This role involves transforming complex, multi-source data into actionable intelligence by identifying and evaluating structural, long-horizon drivers that redefine economic and societal landscapes, thereby shaping our firm's core investment strategies.

• Systematic Foresight Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end research on major macro-structural shifts—including innovation paths, sustainability mandates, population dynamics, policy risk, and evolving purchasing patterns.
• Translational Quantification: Build rigorous, data-driven frameworks to assess and quantify the financial transmission of identified structural shifts across various industry segments, companies, and asset classes within our universe.

• >8 years of experience in research or equities analysis.
• Proven capacity to interpret unconventional data sets and synthesize complex patterns from highly ambiguous information.
• Ability to craft compelling written narratives and deliver high-stakes strategic presentations.
• Working proficiency with visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced research databases.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other data analysis tools is preferred.
