[ref. t72140120] Tampines - Junior, Revenue/Sales Operation Data Analyst (6-months contract)

This is a 6-months contract role, ending in December 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and forecasts to support proactive business decisions.
• Establish benchmarks and key performance indicators in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Provide forecasting support, scenario planning to guide strategic planning.

• Assess and enhance current sales processes to drive effectiveness and scalability.
• Promote the consistent use of Salesforce and other CRM/sales tools.
• Provide training and user support to ensure optimal adoption of systems and tools.

• Partner with teams across Sales, Analytics, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
• Serve as the key liaison between sales teams and internal departments.
• Assist with quote generation and contract lifecycle management.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in consulting, revenue/sales operations, business operations, strategic finance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, including remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Prior experience in sales or revenue operations is good to have.
