PART TIME CLINIC ASSISTANT

Job Summary

We are a GP clinic in Bishan seeking a caring and eager-to-learn Part-time Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations and patient care.

• Dispense medication accurately to patients following prescriptions to ensure proper treatment
• Process payments and billing transactions efficiently to maintain accurate financial records
• Manage the reception area by greeting patients and maintaining an organized workspace
• Perform front desk duties including patient registration and appointment scheduling to facilitate smooth clinic flow
• Attend to patients by providing assistance and information to enhance their clinic experience
• Assist doctors during consultations as needed to support clinical procedures
• Use computer systems effectively to complete administrative tasks and maintain patient records
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members to ensure effective interactions
• Work independently and responsibly to complete assigned duties and support clinic operations

• Prior clinic experience to contribute familiarity with healthcare settings and processes

Other Information

• Weekdays: 7:45 am to 1:00 pm, 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm,
• 6:30 pm to 9:15 pm (some weekdays nights)
• Saturdays: 8:15 am to 1:00 pm
• Sundays: 8:15 am to 1:00 pm
