Marketing Associate

Our Marketing Associate will pursue this mission through:

• Delivering unparalleled service and high quality customer experience
• Assisting Branch Manager and sales staff in meeting or exceeding client's needs

What you'll do:

Equipped with the passion for helping clients, you will be responsible for:

• Proactively uncovering business opportunities during servicing
• Organising and participating in branch events (seminars, webinars and roadshows)
• Handling general administrative duties in branch

What you need to have:

• A Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business, Banking & Finance, or Engineering
• Meticulous
• Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing financial industry is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of the team in a branch while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Possess good spoken and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented, with good Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous
