Job Summary:

Lead e-commerce growth across Shopee, Lazada, and D2C platforms, driving sales and profitability while exploring new opportunities via affiliate, live, and video channels. Harness data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, boost brand visibility, and generate high-quality traffic.

Deliver actionable business reviews to identify risks and unlock opportunities, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market leadership.

Job Description:

 A.  Business planning & Sales
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to drive strong e-commerce growth and deliver a best-in-class online experience.
  • Implement and curate retail strategies across multiple marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
  • Provide strategic direction and support for e-commerce demand generation, digital marketing, and business optimization.
  • Take a hands-on approach in planning, developing, and launching key e-commerce campaigns, with a focus on “Mega-Campaigns” (Lazada Birthday, 11.11, 12.12, Super Brand Days), including concept, promotional mechanics, creative design, and sourcing of gifts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and external agencies.
  • Plan campaign mechanics with consideration of profitability and discount levels to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Manage e-commerce projects end-to-end, supporting overall business objectives.
 B.  Digital Marketing
  • Take ownership of e-store development to drive conversions, including shop-in-shop design, product content creation, and feature upgrades based on market trends and competitor insights.
  • Curate and execute online activation campaigns across platforms to enhance customer experience and generate strong reviews and feedback.
  • Manage KOL collaborations for product seeding, live streaming, and events, including new product launches and various campaigns.
 C.  Business Intelligence
  • Identify market opportunities to grow online revenue-generating channels.
  • Conduct competitive and market analyses to inform strategy.
  • Translate market insights into innovative and effective growth campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or other related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce management.
  • Experience in managing e-marketplaces [Shopee & Lazada] is highly preferred.
  • Experience/strong understanding of beauty industry would be ideal.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
