Finance Executive (Regional)

The candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, cross-border coordination, and maintaining financial compliance across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for regional entities.
• Support regional budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
• Monitor regional financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with group accounting policies.
• Liaise with local finance teams to ensure compliance with local regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements.
• Support regional cash flow and treasury management activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and consultants as needed.
• Participate in finance-related projects and system enhancements across the region.
• Maintain financial data integrity and accuracy in accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with regional exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
