Job Description
The Eurofins Network is looking for a dynamic and motivated Employer Branding & Marketing Officer to join our team in Singapore. In this position, you will play a vital role in enhancing Eurofins' presence on social media and strengthening our brand across Singapore and Malaysia.
As an Employer Branding & Marketing Officer, you will:
Create engaging content for social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn) to attract potential candidates and promote our testing services.
Assist in development of marketing materials, including brochures, posters & other promotional assets.
Conduct market research to identify trends in social media.
Support employer branding initiatives by gathering and sharing employee testimonials and stories.
Assist in tracking and analysing the effectiveness of social media activities by compiling competitors’ data.
Draft monthly newsletters to strengthen internal branding and ensure consistent communication across the organisation.
Collaborate with testing teams across Singapore and Malaysia to support social media campaigns and marketing collaterals.
Requirements:
Background and education: Background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.Languages: English proficiency is a must as it will be your main language of communication.
Technical knowledge (IT): Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and other video editing tools
