  • Collaborate closely with the GM to ensure smooth FOH & BOH synergy.
  • Maintain high food safety standards, cleanliness, and efficient prep systems.
  • Inspire and develop your team — a happy crew makes great food.
  • Manage food cost and inventory without compromising on quality or creativity.

Salary

Ranges from SGD 4,500 – SGD 5,000

Requirements
  • Open to locals only
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step.
  • Comfortable with naturally gluten-free cooking or willing to learn.
  • Strong skills in fermentation, plant-based dishes, and open-fire cooking.
  • Able to work well under pressure, keep a clean and organized kitchen, and lead with respect.
  • Passion for innovation and making food from scratch.
