We seek a Project Manager, Senior who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met as planned
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain the overall project roadmap, adjusting plans as needed to ensure success
- Provide clear and regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project progress and status
- Ensure client satisfaction by fostering strong communication and trusted partnerships
- Develop and define the strategic roadmap for the CBT Ads team, setting clear objectives, goals, and long-term vision.
- Lead the PMO function for the CBT team, overseeing project management and coordination across commercial, product, business, and marketing areas.
- Design and implement the Go-to-Market (GtM) strategy for the CBT Ads commercial team, including client segmentation (High Touch vs. Low Touch), service level agreements (SLAs), and coverage model.
- Act as the liaison between the Latam corporate team and the China CBT team, ensuring the local team has access to all necessary resources such as marketing assets, product training, and business intelligence support.
- Lead the Commercial Effectiveness team, responsible for developing high-impact sales pitches, client success management strategies, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Establish and optimize team workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and overall effectiveness.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Exposure to SAFe methodology and tools
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project budgets, financials, and P&L
- Experience in delivery leadership, including team management, coaching, and mentoring
- Agile and/or PMI certification preferred
- Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with experience driving cross-functional initiatives such as go-to-market strategies, PMO governance, commercial effectiveness, and process optimization across multicultural and matrixed environments.
