Support and govern compliance and export control across the region in line with local and international laws. Act as the key liaison with HQ and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity, policy alignment, and regulatory updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update compliance/export control policies
• Track regulatory changes and ensure company alignment
• Conduct internal audits and manage risk mitigation
• Train regional teams (workshops, e-learning, seminars)
• Monitor employee training compliance and policy adherence
• Communicate clearly with regional offices and HQ
• Support external audits and address ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma (with strong experience) or Degree in Business/Compliance/Risk
• Min. 2–3 years in compliance/export control/internal audit (focus is on internal audit; export control can be trained)
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and travel monthly (3–7 days in SEA/India)
• Comfortable presenting and training others
