Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or walk-in
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements
- Perform general administrative duties (data entry, filing, documentation)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day office functions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level or equivalent
