Job Description

Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to achieve key performance targets
Drive sales through customer engagement, support, and identifying sales opportunities
Oversee stock inventory, replenishment, returns, and ensure smooth operations including store opening/closing
Handle departmental administration, participate in budget planning, and carry out duties as assigned by superiors
Evaluate sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and develop impactful sales strategies

What we are looking for

3–5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
A customer-first mindset and a demonstrated ability to understand and meet the needs of a diverse customer base
Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
A relevant degree or diploma in Retail Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
