Key Responsibilities- Migration & Cutover Planning
- Define phased migration strategy.
- Coordinate parallel run execution.
- Track reconciliation and defect leakage.
- Lead cutover rehearsal planning.
- Delivery Governance
- Maintain integrated program plan.
- Track SIT/UAT milestones.
- Monitor defect backlog.
- Enforce release discipline.
- Data & Reconciliation Oversight
- Monitor migration variance thresholds.
- Coordinate validation sign-offs.
- Escalate material reconciliation issues.
- Business Continuity Protection
- Ensure underwriting productivity during transition.
- Coordinate claims continuity.
- Track operational backlog post-go-live.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- 10–15 years in reinsurance/ insurance program delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in core replacement execution.
- Experience managing parallel run and data migration.
- Strong issue escalation discipline.
- Project Management Certifications like PMP/ PRINCE2.
- Should have exposure to Reinsurance Underwriter in the past.
- Experience in high-risk system cutovers.
- Successful and proven implementation of at least 1 Core replacement in Insurance/ Reinsurance industry.
- Reinsurance experience strongly preferred.
