We are seeking a skilled Presales Technical Support Engineer with experience in security systems and large-scale project support. The role involves providing presales technical consultation, system design, and support to sales teams while ensuring customer satisfaction and proper project handover to implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consultation, 2D system design, and solution recommendations for sales and project teams.
• Conduct site surveys, evaluate site conditions, and advise on optimal camera and device placements based on system requirements.
• Support presales activities including client meetings, site surveys, technical presentations, and demonstrations.
• Ensure accuracy in system configuration, quotations, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to support successful proposal development and project transitions.
• Deliver on-site technical training to clients and internal teams.
• Provide technical support during testing & commissioning (T&C) when required.
• Maintain service quality and adhere to company standards and SLAs.
• Continuously update technical skills through internal training and self-learning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical presales, security system integration, or project implementation.
• Must have experience conducting site surveys and producing 2D system designs.
• Ability to provide strategic advice on device positioning (e.g., CCTV, access control) before project handover.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting large-scale projects, ideally in the security/electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and basic IT/network infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
