Our client is an established company that is a market leader in their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new IAM Security Engineer / Analyst to be part of their team here in Singapore.

About the job

Your role involves:

Managing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework, Active Directory environment, Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
Manage user access lifecycle (provisioning, rights), ensuring adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead incident response and investigations related to IAM, driving continuous process improvement.
Partner with departments to address IAM requirements, deliver user training, and cultivate security awareness.
Facilitate security audits, analyze IAM performance metrics, and guide the selection and integration of IAM tools.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in managing IAM / Identity and Access Management (IAM).
