An established regional retail distributor representing leading travel and lifestyle brands is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee store operations across Singapore and Malaysia. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening retail performance, and ensuring consistent brand standards across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day retail operations across multiple stores in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Work closely with Store Managers to drive sales performance and achieve operational KPIs.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure consistent execution of retail standards, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory management, stock allocation, and replenishment across stores.
- Lead, coach, and develop retail teams to build strong operational capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal departments including merchandising, logistics, and marketing to support store performance.
- Analyse store performance reports and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of retail operations or multi store management experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing retail teams across multiple locations.
- Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the region when required.
