Ace Achievers Our Learning Hub Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Student Care Teacher. As a Assistant Student Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in assisting the form teacher in providing a nurturing and engaging environment for primary school students during their out-of-school hours.This is a full-time / Part Time position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
What you'll be doing- Assist Form Teacher in supervising and engaging students in a variety of educational and recreational activities, including homework guidance, arts and crafts, and physical games
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of each student
- Plan events and activities for students
- Work with Form Teacher to communicate regularly with parents and school staff to ensure the well-being and progress of the students
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in your care
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant government regulations
- A passion for working with primary school-aged children and a genuine commitment to their growth and development
- Strong Classroom management skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Familiar with Singapore's Primary school curriculum
- Relevant teaching or childcare experience, preferably in a student care or after-school program setting (optional)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A team-player attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the student care program
