Job responsibilities- Receive and process customer orders via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
- Categorize and sort Purchase Orders (POs) for delivery according to assigned drivers and delivery routes.
- Coordinate e-booking of loading bays and secure time slots at high-security or high-traffic locations islandwide.
- Track and monitor delivery progress, providing timely status updates to customers and the sales team.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in the database for delivery and invoicing purposes.
- Handle general administrative duties, including filing, document management, and providing ad-hoc support to the sales team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experiences are preferred
- Proficient with SAP
