The role

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to nurture and inspire young children in their early years of learning and development within a stimulating, faith-based environment.
What you'll be doing- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally-appropriate educational activities and lessons that align with the preschool's curriculum
- Provide a safe, caring and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth of each child
- Observe and assess children's progress, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to support each child's holistic development
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
- Uphold the school's mission, values and policies, and contribute to the positive culture of the preschool
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Experience in teaching or working with young children, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- A passion for early childhood education and a deep commitment to supporting the all-round development of young learners
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy classroom environment effectively
- Patience, creativity and a genuine love for working with young children
