Customer Service Executive for Call Centre:

• Focuses on handling customer inquiries primarily via phone, providing efficient and direct solutions in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
• Representatives manage calls while utilizing customer management software (CRM), updating systems, and referencing knowledge bases to resolve issues effectively.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new systems meet customer needs and operate smoothly.
• Willingness to take on various tasks and adjust to changing work demands.
