About the role

We are seeking a motivated Research Assistant / Research Associate to support health services and clinical research. You will work alongside a dedicated research team and contribute across the full research lifecycle from protocol development to dissemination of findings.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and manage research projects, including ethics submissions and follow-ups
Support research protocol development and study documentation
Conduct data collection (e.g., surveys, interviews, chart reviews), data entry, and data cleaning
Perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis under supervision
Conduct literature reviews, including systematic reviews
Contribute to reports, manuscripts, presentations, and dissemination of research findings

About you

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Life Sciences, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in health-related research
Experience with Stata, SPSS, and/or NVivo
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) will be an advantage
Publication/authorship in scientific papers is a plus
Experience in health economics evaluation, implementation research, AI in healthcare, or health services outcomes research
Ability to conduct independent systematic reviews and meta-analyses
Experience with advanced statistical analysis and data interpretation
Exposure to grant applications, research methodology, and budgeting
