Key Responsibility- Maintain and improve equipment uptime, availability, and reliability
- Drive predictive maintenance strategies using equipment data and trend, ensuring PM quality and effectiveness to prevent repeat failures
- Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new tool installation/qualification
- Work closely with process engineers to improve yield and reduce variation
- Lead or participate in cost reduction, productivity, and quality improvement projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field
- 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor lithography equipment engineering
- Hands-on experience with steppers/scanners/tracks
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex equipment systems
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
