Duties & Responsibilities

Review Contract Docuements
Make MTO, BOQ
Study drawings, specifications
Interface with Client and Make a Progress Claim
Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors
(For Electrical Engineer) Knowledge in Power Distribution System, Lighting System, Earth & Lightening System, PV System, UPS/EPS, Telephone distribution.
Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant
Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation
Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs.
Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
Identify problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Accountability, Take ownership of task, Strong mindset, Communication skill
