Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Create and execute marketing strategies and action plans related to specific events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Manage and grow the Association's social media engagement and presence.
• Ideate, develop event briefs, and oversee event
• Develop workshops, talks, events, tours, and other on-ground activations
• Communicate with stakeholders and content partners for potential collaborations for events/ workshops.
• Conduct outreach for new curation and programs for themed markets.
• Prepare event reports and feedback for future improvements.
• Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content to promote events.
• Create high-quality social media images and videos for authentic storytelling.
• Collaborate with influencers to create engaging social media content.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (SEM, SEO, display ads, PPC, paid social ads).
• Identify and share User Generated Content (UGC) on Chinatown Singapore’s social media channels and website.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms and managing multi social media accounts.
• Review and update website and social media content regularly.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
• Skilled in various social media and digital channels.
• Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
