Our client, an established A1 Main Contractor, is looking for candidates for the position of IT Executive.

Job Role:

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), familiarity with construction procurement processes, and excellent coordination and communication skills. This role plays a key part in supporting integration planning, managing service requests, and ensuring that meeting outcomes are documented and followed up on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and document meetings, capturing key points, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Assist the Senior IT Manager in organizing day-to-day activities and project coordination.
  • Maintain and manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) content to ensure accuracy and readiness for integration.
  • Monitor, track, and manage service request tickets from internal stakeholders or end users.
  • Assign service requests to the appropriate team members or departments based on the nature of the request.
  • Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely closure with clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with procurement and vendors to raise and process Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Understands the end-to-end construction procurement lifecycle, including RFQs, quotation comparison, deliveries and invoicing.
  • Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Liaise effectively across departments, including IT, project management, and procurement.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an IT admin or coordination role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Familiar with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and digital document control systems.
  • Experience managing service requests or ticketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of construction project workflows and procurement processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Bonus: Involvement in IT system integration or digital transformation projects.
