Digital Marketing Executive

Established in 2008, we have built our reputation on a commitment to providing quality home care and rehabilitation equipment and services while maintaining premium customer care to recognise the different needs of every individual.

The Marketing Team is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to complement our efforts online, such as e-commerce, social media, advertising and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall aesthetics, customer experience and product listings of e-commerce websites, online marketplaces and in-store.
• Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns including Google Adwords and Meta Ads to increase brand awareness and targeted conversions.
• Design collaterals including product brochures, newsletters and banners inline with marketing campaigns.
• Create and curate relevant social media content (static & video) for target audience to increase brand and product awareness.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns inline with data analytics.
• Assist with customer relations and enquiries across touch points.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing related position preferred.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Indesign).
• Knowledge in Google Ads, Analytics or Web Development is a plus.
• Proactive, able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
