- About the Role:
You will lead transformative initiatives that elevate our business performance, streamline operations, and digitally empower 250+ employees across 12 Asian countries. Your work will not only drive efficiency—but unlock human potential, amplify customer value, and contribute directly to Maha’s strategic growth.
- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects across order-to-cash, supply chain, and service functions.
- Redesign workflows that directly impact margin, speed, and customer satisfaction.
- Eliminate waste and bring simplicity to complexity.
- Champion automation via ERP (Odoo), RPA bots, and AI-powered tools.
- Implement real-time dashboards to empower faster, better decisions.
- Train and mentor citizen developers to use low-code/no-code tools.
- Be a certified Scrum Master/Product Owner driving fast, iterative impact.
- Facilitate cross-border sprints and retrospectives that deliver visible wins every 30–45 days.
- Cultivate a results-driven, collaborative culture.
- Set up a single source of truth for commercial, technical, and operational KPIs.
- Launch predictive models to manage inventory, sales trends, and customer behavior.
- Lead workshops that move teams from reporting to decision-making.
- Run internal “Excellence Labs” and Kaizen workshops.
- Upskill teams in problem-solving, data literacy, and digital tools.
- Be the trusted coach who helps others embrace change and perform at their best.
- What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's in Business, Data Science or related field. Master’s is a plus.
✔ 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, transformation, or digitalization.
✔Certified Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
✔Agile/Scrum and ERP (Odoo) implementation experience preferred.
✔Strong analytical, facilitation, and change leadership skills.
