This role is suitable for who have demonstrated strong coordination skills through internships, school projects, leadership positions, event committees or co-curricular activities.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys working with people while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Description- Admin Executive

- Working Hours: 5 days work
- 8.30am-5.30pm
- Working Location @ Pioneer
- Company transport provided nearby MRT
- Salary up to $4800 + AWS
- Attractive variable bonus up to 3mth + stock option

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to Management.
- Manage daily office administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and calendars when required.
- Anticipate the needs of Management and proactively follow up on tasks and action items.
- Welcome and coordinate VIP guests, business partners, and visitors, ensuring a professional and pleasant experience.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, employee engagement activities, and corporate functions.
- Assist in employee accommodation arrangements and welfare initiatives.
- Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth coordination.
- Manage office procurement, stationery supplies, and administrative purchases.
- Process administrative invoices and maintain proper documentation and records.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform any other administrative or ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirement:
- Degree in Business Administration, Arts, Communications or related disciplines, from Local uni will be a plus
- Strong organisational, coordination and multitasking abilities
- Candidates with relevant administrative or executive support experience will have an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate Management's needs.
- Well-organised with strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Pleasant personality, mature, and presentable.
- Experience in organising corporate events or employee engagement activities is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Bilingual will required for different region coordination
