Responsibilities

Assist with shareholder registration using polling/voting systems
Provide ushering support, guiding attendees to their designated areas
Help with transferring and setting up equipment at the event venue
Perform other on‑site duties as required to ensure smooth event execution

Requirements

No prior experience required - training will be provided
Comfortable interacting with guests and stakeholders
Able to stand or move around for extended periods during event hours
Able to work according to the assigned event schedule (Mid to late March)
