Be part of a diverse global community shaping the future together. UWCSEA Dover is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Safeguarding Administrative Support [Fixed Term Contract] from August 2026 to June 2027.

Providing 20 hours of flexible backend support per week, you will ensure our safeguarding processes run flawlessly. This role is absolutely crucial in maintaining our shared commitment to the safety, welfare, and peace of our students.
The Day-to-Day- Manage confidential data entry and maintenance of student records on the school's monitoring system.
- Collate, proofread, and organize critical safeguarding resources for leaders, staff, and parents.
- Generate and distribute regular reports while monitoring record completion and tracking compliance.
- Coordinate document organization and provide direct logistical support to the Senior Safeguarding Lead.
- Handle highly sensitive data with total discretion to protect individual and family circumstances.
- Diploma qualification with 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a school, counseling, or healthcare setting.
- Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail, tech proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible team player and self-directed learner with a profound commitment to child safeguarding.
