Our Client, the world’s largest geotechnical specialist contractor, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Business Development Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bring onboard new clients, projects and reach targets that hit defined sales and profitability goals
• Gather market intelligence, develop client network, and foster strong client relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape.
• Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director.
• Serve as Bid Manager for large size projects.
• Able to integrate within the BD team and collaborate with other departments.
• Lead negotiation with client on bid and contract terms & conditions.
• Engage and develop tender and business development team to achieve work targets through coaching, group learning and performance management.
• Develop and protect company’s brand, corporate image, and reputation.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least Bachelor/Master’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum 8 years of working experiences
• Relevant experience in Construction industry especially in Ground Improvement works will be an advantage.
• Has geotechnical design experience and competent to manage geotechnical solutioning

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Boon Lay
• Working Days/Hours : 5 days (Mon to Fri / 8:30am to 6pm)
