Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the efficient execution of daily operational activities, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and manage vehicle movements, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource utilization.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date vehicle records, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and manage operational documentation in alignment with company policies.
- Support sales, marketing, and other cross-functional initiatives as needed to drive organizational objectives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the Supervisor to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Class 3 and Class 4 driving license
- Minimum educational qualification of N or O Level.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced operational environment.
