• Routine Care & Hygiene: Providing high-quality care, including feeding, diapering, settling infants to sleep and maintaining impeccable sanitation standards
• Curriculum Implementation: Planning and executing child-centered activities, such as sensory play, language development and motor skill exercises, designed to stimulate learning in line with EYDF
• Developmental Monitoring: Observing, documenting, and tracking the learning progress, behavioral changes and developmental milestones of infants
• Safety & Environment: Creating a secure, nurturing and stimulating environment to foster trust and curiosity
• Parent Partnership: Communicating regularly with parents regarding their child's health, routine, and development and maintaining good rapport
