Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for industrial-grade PLCs.

Perform engineering calculations and simulations to ensure top-notch performance and reliability.
Collaborate closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated system solutions.
Lead and participate in design reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
Create and maintain all necessary technical documentation, including specs, test plans, and reports.
Drive prototype development, testing, validation, and continuous improvements.
Provide technical updates and propose optimized solutions to stakeholders and management.
Support production ramp-up and offer training to plant personnel.
Contribute actively to internal innovation and R&D efforts.
Must have mechanical design experience, ideally in industrial automation or electronics.
Strong background in plastic, metal stamping, and die-casting design.
High proficiency in ProE (SolidWorks, Unigraphics, AutoCAD also valuable).
Analytical mindset with the ability to justify design decisions using calculations, simulations, and testing data.
Open, creative, and collaborative approach to problem-solving and innovation.
