Security Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager (OM) to join our security operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong operational leadership experience in the security industry and a thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements.

• Experienced in Handling of deployment of Security Manpower.
• Recruiting, conducting OJT training, and supervising security officers.
• Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation amongst the members of your team.
• Attend regular meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies, and alarms.
• Investigate, review, and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently.
• Create reports for management on security status.
• Able to submit client feedback reports and risk safety assessments.
• To assist your superior in performing day-to-day operations of the company.
• Must conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the sites.
• Must be well informed of the Security industry practices and can work diligently and professionally with clients and employees.

• At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position with proven experience as an OM (SECURITY)
• SECURITY SUPERVISOR Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PRD and other licenses
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment.
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving licence. Own vehicle is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, with strong computer skills.
