Responsibilities:

  • Assist to prepare all documents relating to corporate secretary such as company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representation offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors/ shareholders resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, application of employment passes, opening bank accounts and change of signatories etc.
  • E-filing of various returns, resolutions and annual return with government bodies
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the assigned team
  • Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant regulatory and statutory requirements and preparation of Directors’ and Shareholders’ Resolution and Statutory Returns.
  • Customer due diligence (on-boarding and ongoing monitoring)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Accountancy or Law preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and strong organizational skills
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Previous corporate administrative experience is preferred
