About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to pioneer and drive our sales initiatives for our premium Cordyceps product line in the Singapore and Malaysian markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the traditional tonics and health supplements landscape, an established network, and a proven track record of building brands and generating revenue in this specific sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish HEC Cordyceps as a leading brand in the premium health supplement market.
  • Channel Management: Identify, secure, and manage relationships with key distribution channels, including:
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) halls and pharmacies
  • Premium health food stores and specialty supplement retailers
  • High-end clinics and wellness centers
  • Potential e-commerce partners
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the health and wellness community.
  • Sales Target: Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets through effective channel management and sales strategy execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Training & Education: Educate partners and their sales staff on the unique scientific advantages of HEC's product benefits and the brand story.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the regional headquarters.
Requirements
  • Must Have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the health supplement, pharmaceutical, or traditional tonic (e.g., bird's nest, ginseng, cordyceps) industry.
  • Proven experience and an existing network within the TCM or premium supplement retail channels in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer behavior and business practices in the Singaporean and Malaysian markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly advantageous to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Good to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and natural medicine.
