Job Description

Job Scope:

• Manage the store and its employees to ensure all store sales goals are met or exceeded
• Hold accountable for achieving productivity standards
• Identify ways to drive sales generation and ensure action is taken to achieve goals
• Support, model, and enhance the seamless customer service focus by creating an environment that supports REAL service for customers and co-workers. Observe and coach every employee to ensure execution and improvement
• Ensure Brand Standards and Operating Standards meet or exceed expectations to support brand consistency including but not limited to store presentation, shipment processing stockroom organization and store cleanliness

Requirements:

• Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained
• Ensure maximum selling coverage during peak traffic periods
• Communicate market trend information to the Store Manager
• Monitor, maintain and follow company policies; support company expectations and systems
• Available to open and/or close the store in an effective manner
• Regular attendance and full-time commitment are essential functions of the job
• Ensure store wastage is kept to a minimum by running an organized store and training staff on customer service
• Make beverages as per defined and strict per the company standards
• Act as a communication link between staff and the store manager
• Encourage teamwork and maintain a positive work atmosphere
• Review and assess the performance of the employee. Give feedback consistently to Store Manager/Management on employee customer service skills and operational skills
• Define workload for the employees
• Address and document unsatisfactory performance and policy violations of employee with the Store Manager/ Management
• Handle store level human resources and operational issues with the Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager
• Perform any additional managerial duties as necessary
