Job Purpose Work with various internal stakeholders and external counterparties in strengthening and continuing to develop a sustainable FI and NBFI business for the Branch. Work closely with the Financial Institutions, Public Sector and Cash Management Head to expand and develop the business relationship with the Financial Institutions and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI).

Job Purpose Work with various internal stakeholders and external counterparties in strengthening and continuing to develop a sustainable FI and NBFI business for the Branch. Work closely with the Financial Institutions, Public Sector and Cash Management Head to expand and develop the business relationship with the Financial Institutions and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI).
Job Responsibilities Recommend business strategy, covering product development / management, sales and client services delivery so as to achieve asset, liabilities and revenue target. Identify and expand the NBFI and FI client base so as to enhance the revenue contribution from foreign exchange, cash management, trade loan and bilateral/syndication loan transactions.
Represent the department to lead and drive projects and new initiatives. Manage a product portfolio that generates specific Asset income and Deposit liabilities target. Expand Liquidity Management capabilities for the branch and increase revenue from other cross-sell products for NBFIs especially on Foreign Exchange related products, cash management and working capital financing.
Accountable for sales acquisition in line with plan, through directing the sales efforts and measuring new customer acquisitions and the overall size of the pipeline throughout the year and into the next. Work closely with the Head to meet the overall revenue growth of the portfolio as per annual budget growth as agreed by Head of WBD.
Support ongoing cash management and trade finance product development and management strategy through developing product strategy, implementing products successfully, and developing product end-state proposition Manage client onboarding experience, develop client relationships, and ensure timely KYC reviews for portfolio clients.
Partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury and other stakeholders in selling sales of bank’s suite of products and services. Job Requirements Degree Holder in Business and Banking & Finance. Minimum 6 years’ experience with good exposure to Financial Institution network, Cash Management Products/Sales and Trade Finance Products/ Sales.
Good knowledge of Cash Management, Loan, Loan Syndications,Trade Finance Treasury Products, Relationship Management and Sales. Wide exposure to Financial Institution network, in particular with Southeast Asian banks and Southeast Asian NBFIs.

Experience with handling onshore or offshore Chinese banks or NBFI will be preferred. Good understanding of legal terms and documentation procedures. Familiarity of banking’s operational, credit and client on-boarding processes.
