This temporary opportunity provides practical exposure to data entry and administrative functions, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the team.

You will gain:

  • Practical exposure to data entry processes and database management
  • Experience in maintaining accurate records and handling documentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills through daily administrative tasks
  • A better understanding of office workflows and internal coordination
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and/or reports.
  • Assist in setting up of candidates contracts into System.
  • Update and maintain the firm’s database (IES); scanning and filing of contracts.
  • Assist in the duties of scanning of invoices.
  • Provide administrative support and ad-hoc administrative duties.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and proactive
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
Location: Orchard

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
