HR Recruiter / HR Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Recruiter / HR Assistant to support high-volume recruitment. This role involves end-to-end hiring, work pass administration, HR compliance support, and day-to-day HR coordination.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including high-volume hiring across multiple roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews, job offers, and onboarding arrangements.
• Manage work pass applications, including submission, tracking, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring timely execution.
• Support HR compliance activities, including documentation, audits, and adherence to employment regulations and company policies.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records, trackers, and reports.
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring timelines and operational requirements.

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Proven experience handling high-volume hiring.
• Experience in work pass administration and HR compliance is preferred.
• Experience from a recruitment agency or in-house HR role is welcome.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with MOM regulations and HR systems is an advantage.
