JOB REQUIREMENTS

Lux & Beyond is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for developing high-value client relationships, expanding our market presence, and driving the overall sales strategy.

This role requires a strong understanding of the luxury interior furnishing industry and the ability to engage effectively with architects, designers, developers, and high-end clientele.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the luxury interior furnishing industry or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure high-value contracts and manage key accounts.
  • Well-groomed, with exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM tools will be a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Able to provide two direct reporting references from previous employment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the complete sales cycle for high-value projects, from prospecting and lead generation to contract closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand Lux & Beyond’s client base and market presence.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Drive business growth through targeted campaigns, strategic partnerships, and participation in high-profile industry events.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking functions, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
