Technical Project Manager

Location: Singapore

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a hybrid work environment, and be well-versed in modern project management tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of accountability for the delivery of large-scale, highly visible, and critical business and technical projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, implementation, stabilization, and closure.
• Work collaboratively with internal business/product stakeholders, engineering teams, IT, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
• Track and manage scope, timelines, budget, deliverables, and risks across multiple parallel initiatives.
• Lead project kick-offs, define roles and responsibilities, and coordinate effective execution across project team members.
• Provide timely status reporting, escalate unresolved issues, and manage communications across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with established project governance, SOPs, and delivery methodologies.
• Perform post-implementation reviews, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in the telecom or related IT sector.
• Strong background in managing hybrid delivery models (Agile/Waterfall/Iterative).
• Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Monday.com, or equivalent.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), UAT, production deployment, and support transitions.

Desirable:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in regulated environments with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Understanding of telecom operations, billing systems, API integrations, and transformation initiatives
• Understanding of ERP applications & Processes related to Finance and SCM
