About the Opportunity:

HISELECT has been retained by a high-growth enterprise to identify an exceptional HR Manager (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations) in Singapore. To support our client's rapid global expansion, we are looking for a strategic, hands-on professional to drive international talent acquisition, build solid organizational frameworks, and lead HR digitalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for overseas operations. Build comprehensive talent maps, drive direct sourcing for critical and management-level roles, and optimize recruitment channels to ensure high-quality hires and strong cultural fit.
  • Establish, standardize, and manage full employee lifecycle workflows (from onboarding and probation management to employee records and offboarding). Support the scaling of regional teams by assisting in organizational structure design and headcount planning.
  • Proactively manage employee relations, mitigate retention risks, and foster a cohesive team atmosphere. Champion the localization and integration of corporate culture within the overseas organization.
  • Spearhead the adoption of digital tools, AI, and automation in daily HR operations to minimize repetitive tasks, improving overall efficiency and transforming the HR function from transactional to highly strategic.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational risks and provide targeted HR solutions, ensuring operations strictly comply with local employment laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience focusing on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Experience in regional team setup, overseas recruitment, or supporting business expansion is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional talent assessment skills with a track record of closing critical roles. Strong ability to evaluate candidates' potential, stability, and team adaptability.
  • Highly result-oriented, resilient, and proactive. Capable of working independently to drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • For this position, fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential, as the successful candidate will need to frequently liaise with the China headquarters and collaborate closely with Chinese-speaking counterparts to align on talent strategies and operational goals.
