About the role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President, Solutions Sales to lead our solution-oriented sales strategy across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B tech solution sales, team leadership, and enterprise client engagement, with deep experience in AI cloud platforms and a proven ability to drive industry-focused sales strategies for large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive strategic sales of AI and cloud-based solutions to enterprise and industry customers
- Lead and mentor the sales team to build deep domain expertise and close high-value deals
- Leverage experience with AI cloud environments (e.g., Alibaba Cloud) to position tailored solutions for clients
- Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with channel distributors, resellers, and strategic agents.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing large accounts and target key industry clients.
- Design and execute sales plans that align with the company’s go-to-market strategy in the AI and cloud space.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and post-sales support of complex solutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends within the AI sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with at least 3–5 years in AI/cloud sales
- Familiarity with AI platforms, and strong understanding of industry-specific solution sales
- Relavant experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or infrastructure engineering, preferably in AI, HPC, or cloud environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
