• Conceptualize, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand presence and increase revenue for Company.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gaps, and opportunities, translating them into effective marketing and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external business collaborators to amplify marketing outreach efforts.
• Ensure all marketing communications adhere to corporate branding guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Create, review, and proofread content for marketing materials, ensuring clarity and impact.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as ROI, sales growth, website traffic, social media engagement, and consumer insights to optimize ongoing marketing efforts.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on project management and event execution.
• Proven success in organizing and managing community or promotional events.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
