Passenger Vehicle Aftersales Assistant Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with BYD HQ engineering and technical teams on product issues, root cause analysis and solution
• Monitor vehicle performance and provide feedback for product improvement
• Analysis the maintenance data and provide insight to report to management
• Manage safety incident, overseeing escalation, investigation and closure

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• Basic knowledge of high-voltage systems or vehicle electronics preferred
• Bilingual in English and Chinese languages is required to effectively communicate with both English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in EVs are an advantage
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
