Accounts Payable Financial Executive Assistant (Biotech)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, payments, and staff expense claims
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment workflows
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reconciliation
• Open and digitize finance-related mail (scanning, filing)
• Perform general finance administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level / SPM, with a credit in Mathematics
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, aesthetics, or service retail preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and commonly used accounting s1oftware (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
