Duties:

Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service to clients
Provide styling advice and product recommendations aligned with brand image
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat customers
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Promote, upsell, and cross-sell luxury products
Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Handle POS transactions accurately and manage after-sales service
Support inventory management and stock replenishment
